The term strategy is difficult to defines and does not have a universal definition of strategy.
What is strategy? Is it a plan? Is it decision making? Is it pattern? Is it experience to handle business? Is it the product and services? Is it business plan of action? Is it core competences? Is it competitive force analysis? Is it analysis of business? Is it analysis of competitor and competitor products and services? What is the strategy?
On the other hand, does strategy refer to perspective, to the view of the masters, to the purposes, directions, decisions, and actions stemming. Lastly, does strategy refer to a pattern in our decisions and actions?
