SWOT is the heart of StrategicAnalysis. SWOT analysis is the process of carefully inspecting the business and its environment through the various dimensions such as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths are referred to the company’s core competencies, and it includes proprietary technology, skills, resources, market position, patents, and others. These are analyzing and decide the strength of businesses' position and understanding the important external factors that may influence that to company’s position.
